Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses back to PalladioBeauty.com and we will cover the return shipping of the new product back to you.
Refunds are not provided for price differences between exchanged products (if the chosen exchange was for a lesser value item). We are happy to exchange any product purchased on PalladioBeauty.com within 30-days of purchase for any item of equal or lesser value available on PalladioBeauty.com.
Important Notes: Items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be discarded at the customer's expense. Clearance/closeout sales are considered final and are not eligible for exchange. Palladio Beauty Group reserves the right to discard items returned that do not meet the specified criteria without prior notice to the customer, and no reimbursement will be issued.
