A: All orders are mailed via USPS First Class Mail, usually within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information enclosed. A: At Palladio Beauty, we’re committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of affordable cosmetics, and we proudly guarantee every product we sell. If you are unhappy with any item purchased from our online store, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will gladly exchange the item for a product of equal or lesser value — no questions asked and no receipt required.
